Built by multi award winning builder Gremmo Homes, Fearnley Gardens is an exclusive boutique over 55's estate that is master-built with the finest of inclusions. I was responsible for designing the brand identity that compliments the thoughtfully delivered modern and functional development. Initiating the branding framework, I considered the target market and how mature-age living offerings can be best represented to the market. Maintaining a uniform look and feel, the project consists of an official logo and established style guide with branded brochures, posters, site signage, web collateral and site and floor marketing plans. With an established understanding of property and construction design, the result was the foundation of a relaxed and fresh brand identity that reflects the comfortable lifestyle that Fearnley Gardens offers.
